What's up with WhatsApp

Do you fancy Blackberry where the users could text other Blackberry users around the world by simply entering the contact's Blackberry PIN? Blackberry use Blackberry Messenger to do that.

Do not own Blackberry device? No worries. WhatsApp is here!

Similiar to Blackberry Messenger technology, WhatsApp uses push system to delivered messages. What the best part here is, the app is available cross-platform! - now iPhone, Blackberry, Symbian & also Android can message each other.

Blackberry Messenger uses PIN system to identify users and the phone, however WhatsApp uses phone number as an ID! Means that, even you do not know your friend's device ID, you just need their contact phone number to get connected to each other. How cool is that!

Download now and use! iPhone and Blackberry version are available via AppStore & AppWorld. The Symbian & Android version are still in beta version, only available at the developer's website.

Not only text, audio, picture, video, and even you can share your location!

GO!

There is also another similiar app called Cnectd. But its kinda crap. :P
Here is the link anyway.

Gate to Hades.

Today is the 3rd day of raya.

and the number of traffic accidents really shocked me. -

There was a point in my life, where had taught me something.

that something may not be really important to everyone, but its important for those who are really care of others.

It happened few years ago, where a friend of mine told me a very shocking news.
His only little brother, were killed in car accident.

From the speech of him, i found out that, his father were keep on calling his little brother to get home as soon as possible. His father were pushing him.

Then I realized, it was the key to the accident; pushing other people.

You know, pushing other people it can be a positive thing, especially when getting jobs done.
But for me, pushing people while they are driving is so not right.
Just imagine you had a father who were fierce in person, keep on calling you to get back as soon as possible because it was after dawn already. Then you start to accelerate faster, spurn the traffic signal and drive dangerously. It will cost your life if bad things happen!

So moral of the story is, do not push someone when they are driving. Bad things may happen. Who knows. Perhaps you will feel bad about it for the rest of your life.

Thanks for reading :)

Always be my baby

You know baby, I miss you alot, like really alot.

It has been more than a week you left me here.
I really hope you will be here by Raya.
Because after Raya over, I need you desperately.

Hello reader,
I am not talking about a person, but rather a thing.
She is my baby, Asus EeePC 1005P netbook, which left me for service center after she had a failed hard disk drive.
I have been lonely with her. She always been my side, like always, almost everywhere I go. To the class, to the library, to the restaurant, even when I am shopping for something and even when I go to the toilet. (Nah just kidding)

Something about me is, computer is a part of my life. I have been using it nearly decade ago. So you know, its kind of hard for me to have my routine without it.

So to make things easy for me, I have been using my phone to do things which I could do with my netbook. I surf the web with my phone, I facebook on it, and even chatting via facebook chat and yahoo messenger using my phone. I use Snaptu and Nimbuzz.

Yes, without my phone, I would gone half crazy by now.

I am still waiting for my netbook to be fixed and send to me.. haishh I am just tired of waiting.
Anyway, I am using my brand new baby here while waiting for the Asus to be affixed.
This new baby name is Toshiba NB305. It is a great netbook. High built quality, solid components and very very attractive. But funny thing is, its kind of sluggish comparing to the Asus. Eventhough the specification is almost the same.
Perhaps, Windows 7 does sucks at netbook. You are right Alief. It does.

Anyway, I am thinking to completely remove windows 7 from my Asus later on, and move on other alternative OS. Ubuntu is my choice. Do you have any better suggestion for me dear reader? You are welcome to suggest me anything. :)

I am on holiday, but with LOTS LOTS and LOTS of works.
Not a leisure holiday, rather I would called it, UNFORGIVING holiday.

What are these??

I am here sitting alone in the library level one of KBM, doing my work on private labeling. --
The tense is here and I am running out of time.

The clock is pointing at 4.00 p.m. I have few hours more while waiting for breaking fast. I cannot focus on my works. It just too distracting.

Sometimes, without any reason, my mind would pop up about the future, current, and past.

Yeah past is past and history. It would just be my story.

However, current and future are two different things compare to past.

What ever in the past might will reflects the current and the future, but there is nothing you can do about it. The thing that you can do is about you current things before it turns to the past.

Yeah, I am pretty worry of my own future...

Am I doing good? Am I on the right track? Will me getting a better future for me self? What will it be like in the future?

I am trying my best here. I am doing my best here. But what is the thing that is still missing?
Well, in my absolution, I just need Victory.
Yes, Victory. That is the word and the thing I have been looking for this while.
Have you tasted Victory? Its sweet, flavourful, mouth watering and too good to let it go. You do know how it feel likes to taste victory.

-And everyone hates losing. Who like losing anyway? Do you want to be a loser? No one does!
I do not want to be perfect. I just want to be excellent.

"You reach for the stars. Then in case you do not reach em, You will still get to see the outer space. Go go go astronauts", quoted from Odie Abdul.

These words really stuck in my head since long time ago.

Yeah I can go nuts! In fact I am a nuts in chasing my dreams. Giving up just not my way.
When I said you need to shut up and listen to me, you really need to zip your mouth and lean your ears. That is how it works with me.
--- but this never happen to anyone. Just a metaphor. :)

I want Victory in every single thing out there.

Reaching For the Stars!

And you dear, you are my victory that I have secured. :)

Reading is good.

Some say reading is a boring activities. But not for me.
I enjoy reading. It does not matter whether that particular reading material does not have any relevancy to my life, I still read it.

I cannot define why people does not like reading that much.
They say its boring, its not interesting and not fun at all.
In my opinion, there is no excuses.

Reading makes you a better person.
Turn off your computer once awhile, and start reading good material. It will helps you :)

Cook, Eat, Enjoy.

I love to eat. But I do not like to eat. Get what I mean?

I love to eat things that favours me, but I do not always eat them.

For me, eating to much the things that you enjoyed and love the most would make you feel, well less interesting later on.

This is what we called marginal utility; the more you consume it, the less pleasure will be.
Take for example, you walked across a bakery store and saw a nice fluffy cheesecake. You bought a slice. Then you will begin consuming it. The first bite of the cheesecake tasted so heavenly. Second and third bite may remain the same satisfaction. But as more you consuming it, the level of satisfaction or pleasure would decrease with additional bite.
So you see, this is what would I feel towards food.

Yes indeed I love to cook, but I do not cook often. Just once awhile. I love Italian Cuisine.

Italian cuisine offers simplicity yet provide the best satisfaction, that is when you cook it right.

When I would feel to cook, I would cook with passion. All preparation would nicely place. All cutting would result a best appearance, and not to forget, the TASTE.

I have a very sensitive taste buds. I would cook in moderate taste; not too salty, not too hot, not to sweet and so on.

Some of the things that I love to cook are Wagyu beef, chicken breast, salmon, and lamb (steak and racks). Method of cooking? I would prefer pan fried using Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO). When oven become available, I would use both pan and oven.

Aromatic herbs give pulse to the foods. Basil, thyme, rosemary, oregano and much more.

Salad is essential for starting a meal. A simple salad with homemade Caesar's dressing is just enough. Toss it with Romaine lettuce and some rockets, some Iceberg lettuce and Lolo Rossa. Put in some garlic-scented crouton, make it perfect.

One of my favourite simple salad is Avocado with caviar. Does not matter whether its red or black caviar. But I prefer red.

After done with cooking, I would place nicely on the plate with decent garnishing. Snap a photo, then put on the table, sit down and start cutting the piece, put in my mouth and blend the taste.

Enjoying each bite is an unforgotten moment.

Panfried lamb cutlets served with pine nuts sauce accompanied with sauteed spinach, roasted herbed cherry tomato and mashed potatoes.

Some delicacies I enjoyed the most are caviar, oyster, smoked salmon, scallop, and cheeses.

Caviars

Oyster

Smoked Salmon

Scallops

Cheeses

Wagyu Beef

Out of nowhere, I came upon this:
Looks yummy.

"Do You Remember?"

I remember...The way you glanced at me, yes I remember
I remember...When we caught a shooting star, yes I remember
I remember.. All the things that we shared, and the promise we made, just you and I
I remember.. All the laughter we shared, all the wishes we made, upon the roof at dawn

Do you remember..?
When we were dancing in the rain in that December
And I remember..When my father thought you were a burglar
I remember.. All the things that we shared, and the promise we made, just you and I
I remember.. All the laughter we shared, all the wishes we made, upon the roof at dawn

I remember.. The way you read your books,
yes I remember
The way you tied your shoes,
yes I remember
The cake you loved the most,
yes I remember
The way you drank you coffee,
I remember
The way you glanced at me, yes I remember
When we caught a shooting star,
yes I remember
When we were dancing in the rain in that December
And the way you smile at me,

yes I remember

Towel

Say, how often do you take your shower everyday?

2 times? 3 times? 4 times? or once per day?

Most of us taking atleast 3 times per day, and some of us.. well might be twice or just once (eww)

Well as for me, I take between 3 to 4 times a day.

Taking shower needs one essential thing, that is THE TOWEL.

I'm writing this to talk about THE TOWEL that we used for taking our shower.

Haha, so what is so interesting about THE TOWEL that lead me to write about it?

When it came to others' people towel, I go sensitive about it.
I HATE and I DO NOT LIKE to pick, to touch, to hold, to make contact or whatsoever of others' people towel! It feel so disgusting and sort of an allergy to me :P

So what if someone asking me for a favour to pick their towel for them?
Just imagine your dead skins, your dirty stuffs and waste on your towel, do you think I would dare to touch it? Sorry, the answer is 'No!'

Some people who are I lived and live with, have a bad sense of hygiene.
They do not wash their towel for months! Dirty spot all over and the towel became darken! Come on! If you people can dress smart, why can't you be more hygienic!
My nose is really sensitive when the towel expels unpleasant smell. Just make me feel sick. How can you still using that towel with that kind of smell? You are just as ugly as that towel.

The colour of your towel plays something important.
It must not be dark coloured. It should be something light in colour, and preferably white.
Yes, white people. Please use WHITE towel. It is more pleasing. Thanks for reading my murmur :)

Restless.

Desire halted by the goddess,
My endurance, shattered with torment,
This cruelty poisoned my soul.

My soul, corrupted by vengeance.
To seek for the ever lasting life,
To look for the cure.

You are the bringer of life,
Singing melodies to my soul,
There is no hate, only joy.
She guided me to the bliss,
her gift everlasting.

My soul, poisoned by my desire to revenge myself,
Has been hurt in its search for satisfaction.
The end of my revenge will cease my poisoned thoughts,
This is my second chance.

Even though if there is no hope left,
I will still come for the call.
To fix the need,
To save the world,
I will sacrifice myself for you, without words.

Nokia, Oh Nokia.

Nokia, the world's famous mobile phone manucfacturer.

Yeah I know lots of people out there are using Nokia phones.

It was admitted that Nokia phone really makes a good phone, and even high-quality.

I have been a great fan of Nokia.

I used to use a numbered of Nokia phone, ever since I got my first phone.
These are the phone that accompany through out my life.

From my very first phone;
Nokia 3530
Then it went to all these fellows;
Nokia 6600
Nokia 6260
Nokia 6310
Nokia 6230

Nokia 6630
Nokia 8800
Nokia N-Gage QD
Nokia N73
Nokia 1202

Nokia 5730
Currently using N73 & 5730.

Yeah, I love Nokia so much. It does changed my life in a way.
Not only Nokia, but so does Symbian OS (smartphone).
But things changed now and apparently I realized that...

I HATE NOKIA

Surprised?

LOL.
To Nokia,
You used to build the world’s best smartphones, the world’s best cameras, the world’s best GPS units – now you have lost pretty much all of that, and with nothing to show for it, like you used to do so.

To Symbian OS,
You sucks lots nowadays! Your system turns into craps, got lots of hang, not much UI improvement and its very annoying your system uses too much of the memory resources!

Yeah, this is just another craps post.
Well I will be looking for alternative;
Maybe, the Apple iPhone? Android based smartphone? Windows Mobile based smartphone? RIM's Blackberry?(ergh, Blackberry is too serious with their product)
Well time will tell!

p.s : The only non-branded Nokia mobile phone I ever used was Dopod 838 Pro. I miss you my little buddy :).

Dopod 838 Pro.

My wish didn't come true.

Everyone has desire. So do I.

Sigh, I did not get it. My wish didn't come true, at all.

Looks like I'll be spending my study phase in UitmKBM, which is something that I was not wish for!

Yesterday I went to HEA to check my status for transferring to Shah alam, and they declined it.
Ergh, one word. FUGLY.
Yeah.. Like trying to swallow that ugly fact and its loaded with super saturated fat which would make me feel wanna to throw out everything in my stomach.

S***, just so whatever. I will be adapting myself here.
Tried to chill myself by watching movie that night.
So I went out with Alya, Aida , Yana and their housemates.

The plan was to watch A-Kid but the ticket were selling fast and there were only front seat available. Sorry? What? A-Kid? LOL sorry for the typo, it was Karate Kid. Heck, we don't want to tilt our head and widen our eyes like a fish. So we changed, and instead we watched Marmaduke. That comedy movie really cure my pain :).

But today I got to watch Karate Kid with my classmates! ( 9 of them if I'm not mistaken) We got the fourth row from the front but it still a pretty good view :D.

Movie rating;
Marmaduke: 3.67 / 5
Karate Kid: 4.2 / 5

Next movie on my list:
Karate Team!

iPad, must get it.

Few months back, Apple Inc. announced a new product, the iPad.

My first impression was the iPad is not sensible enough, as it just an over-sized iPod Touch.

But two weeks after the launch of the iPad in the U.S, I was in KL and when I just got into my sister house, there she was, lying on the table.
2 precious iPads (did I say two? yes two. one belongs to my sister and another belongs to my brother..)
Finally, I got the chance to hold & to play with it.

and OH MY GOSH!
My first impression towards you has turned away.
You are unique and different.

You really captured my soul.

The way you present yourself really set my eyes on you,
The way you show your body really cannot compare with any other beauty pageant,
The way you do your duty and responsibility really admires me,
And the way you behave really melts me away.
You fascinates me.

And now I Want You So Badly.

An interesting blog on iPad :p

Sick, Frustrating, Yet Grateful.

Yesterday was the day of releasing last semester's examination result. The istudent portal stated it will be released from 12 noon. But the server was too busy and had congested traffic.

Yes, I was freaked out of my result, in all probability I would failed a paper.

After hours been trying to access it, finally I was able to get my result around 11.30pm yesterday.

Though it was below my expectation, but I do feel grateful.

This showed me that I should do better next time.

It too made me came to realize that in our studying phase, the studying itself is an opportunity. Ergo, we should not miss and must do our best. Well, opportunity never come easy.

Heh, no more playing around, no more fooling around.
This path I chosen that I believed it is the best for me.
This path would lead me to a better life, and opportunity.
It would be devastating if I failed again this time.

Weeee!

So keep on getting your paper, keep on climbing,
Look in the mirror, keep on shining,
'Till the game ends, 'till the clock stops,
We gonna post up on the top spot!

Hello World

Hello world,

Okay this is my very first post in blogspot.com. Dulu I used to blog, but it didn't work out quite right. It was back then when I was in UiTM Dungun doing my Diploma studies in Culinary Arts. I was fancy about food during those time and I began to wrote one blog about my culinary classes. Well, it turned out I have managed to post up just a few posts.

Dulu, I used to blog, but it didnt work out quite right. Semasa itu it was back then when I was in UiTM Dungun, (circa 2009). During that time I was doing my Diploma studies in Culinary Arts. Itu adalah phase dimana I tengah minat and fancy bout culinary. So I wrote one blog about culinary arts classes. Tapi, blog itu cuma ada a few posts and afterward I dah tak update it. What a waste of time :P.

Well there was some reason why I didn't continue blogging. Okay I tahu, after you read those reasons, you might end up thinking that my reasons are just surreal. Anyway, the reasons are:

1. I don't have the time to update the blog and upload pictures.
2. I lose passion in culinary.
3. I was jeopardizing my own future. (career thingy)

So, its kinda regretting to take the course. But past are past. You should never looked back. My girlfriend (Johana) once said, "When one door closed, another door will be opened for you.". She also told and remind me about the poem The Road Not Taken by Robert Frost. How one path once we took and will lead us, and never looked back at the other road. It is one of my favourite poem. Nevertheless, I am no longer regret the past. To think and to regret about your past will just make you feel sick. What can you do is to make things correct and never repeat the same mistake again. Learn from your own mistake people!

I am writing this post at Mc Donald's Dataran Pahlawan, Melaka, sitting with Alya. Oh, thanks to you for showing me this blog (you must click this, it is a very interesting blog). Hey Alya, it is not a bad idea after all to start back a new blog. :). I am now continuing my Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (Marketing) at UiTM Bandaraya Melaka. And yeah, I'm lovin' it!

Anyway, I am here again. To kick up my blogging again.

p/s: If you are curious about the previous blog, well you can click on this)
